Do you want to supercharge your days?   This post is titled “How To Create More Time and Be More Efficient With Your Days” and there is just one secret we are going to share with you.   So what’s the secret? Well, it’s simple and anyone can do it.   Wake up earlier.   “Get up an hour early to LIVE an hour more.” ~ Carolyn Luhning   Simple right? Well, it may be simple, but it’s not always easy.   I get it… 5:00 am rise and shine is not for everyone.   But, no matter what time you get up, you can always get up one hour earlier. Just imagine what you could accomplish with one extra hour in the morning, ideally, when everyone else is still asleep. The kids won’t be up for another couple of hours. Your significant other is still in slumberland… the world is yours!   Ideally, taking this hour for yourself and some self love is a great way to start your day. Stretch, workout, meditate, write in your gratitude journal. All of these activities prepare your mind and body for the day ahead and allow you to deal with challenges from a stronger place.
