Shannon’s journey over the last year has been tough – she’s struggled with depression and meds that made her weight balloon up to the heaviest she’d ever been, which was all compiled after divorce, the realities of being a single parent of two, starting a new more intense job, and the loss of her step-father…among many other struggles.   I’m a Tony Horton guy. I think I made that abundantly clear with my blog post a couple of weeks ago. And for those of you who know Tony’s workouts… he is not a huge cardio guy. Which is why I think I gravitated towards his workouts in the first place. I have never been a huge fan of cardio workouts. Right from day one of my journey.
